Our full line of bulk ice cream features over 85 flavors of premium ice cream, sherbets, and sorbets.  We also manufacture a line of value added pre-portioned ice cream desserts for use in banquet settings or for your ala carte menu.  

          All of our products are made with our own 14% French Ice Cream mix which we manufacture in our plant using only the freshest cream from local New England dairy farms, milk, and eggs. We then add only the finest flavors including Madagascar Bourbon Vanilla, Dutch Cocoas, Fresh Fruits, and the finest nuts.

     In addition to the products we manufacture, we also distribute products for several gourmet dessert companies, including Hoff's Bakery, Stockbridge Cheesecakes, and Baker's Perfection.
